TWISTED SISTER frontman DEE SNIDER will be appearing at the Ronkonkoma Post Office on Long Island (NY) from 10 AM to 12 noon for Breast Cancer Awareness on Saturday, May 13th, 2006. Dee will be signing autographs with the purchase of Breast Cancer Awareness stamps for this worthy cause. In addition, on Sunday, May 21 an estimated 2,000 motorcyclists will join Dee Snider and the March of Dimes in the fight against premature birth at Dee Snider's 4th Annual Bikers for Babies Ride. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. at Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Hempstead Turnpike in Uniondale and the bikers will hit the open road at 11 a.m. The route is as follows: Meadowbrook Parkway south to Ocean Parkway east; Ocean Parkway east to Robert Moses Causeway north; Robert Moses Causeway north to Long Island Expressway east; Long Island Expressway east to North Ocean Avenue. The ride will culminate at the Town of Brookhaven's Town Hall, located at One Independence Hill in Farmingville.
(looks like I will up and out early on Saturday morning, I got plenty of stuff for him to sign....anyone ever met Dee before at a signing like this? If I ask him to sign a bunch of items, you think he would get mad? Just wondering....)
