Great American Smokeout. Can anyone not smoke today.

So far so good for me, but I don't smoke until I get home from work anyway. Then I'll have approximately 5 during the evening.

I'm gonna try to not have one today.

Good luck fellow smokers.

I haven't smoked in over 20 years. And I don't even know why I started. I would never ever smoke again. Both of my parents were smokers, Dad died from emphysema and my mom had it too coupled with heart disease. He was 71 when he died 11 years ago and she had just turned 66 and died two days later and that was 8 years ago. It is a sad thing to be only 38 and have no parents.
I wish Johnny would stop, especially since he has sleep apnea.
