April,
Gretna is a city on the Westbank of the Mississippi River...
Our Zebra boys played there last year!

Edgar Winter and Blue Oyster Cult......Coca Cola stage(the big one) BE THERE!
We were there!
Edgar Winter was awesome. I last saw him perform at City Park
Stadium opening for Alice Cooper in 1975. Boy, do I feel old - that
was 30 years ago! He did a variety of music including a song
"Get Back Down To New Orleans" (which had a second line beat), some
blues, and old favorites like "Free Ride" and "Frankenstein".
Blue Oyster Cult rocked the place as well. The crowd was
chanting"B.O.C. , B.O.C., B.O.C."until they came out. They did some
old favorites like "Burning For You", "Godzilla", "Cities on Flame", and
"Don't Fear The Reaper"
We ran into GuitarPLYR & Jen out near the stage - Good to see you guys!
2 great bands - for only a $5.00 entrance fee - not a bad deal!
We had a great time!
