Thanks for the birthday greetings!! It was kind of a depressing birthday knowing it was the last one where I'll be in my 30's- next is the big 40.

I just got back from having a nice dinner with the hubby. I was hoping to get to J N' S to see Randy play, but couldn't keep the inlaws here long enough to watch the kids.

Another reason to celebrate is it's my one year anniversary of being on the board. :D Thanks again for remembering my birthday.

Shoulda advertised for babysitter sooner. My 15 year old daughter loves to babysit. Could have dropped her off by you and we all could have celebrated at J and S. I hate walking into those biker places alone. Glad to see you had a nice birthday and I wouldn't worry about the age. Turning 30 didn't bother me, nor did turning 40. I do have to admit, being 3 years away from 50 is not thrilling me in the least. However, I am planning on throwing myself a 50th birthday party and everyone will be invited!!!! If I'm gonna get old, I want to have a great time doing it!!!!!

You've got a great attitude...that'll definitely keep you feeling young!

I've never been to J N' S, but I'm sure I wouldn't want to go in alone either. It's been so long since I've seen Zebra or Randy, I was actually debating it. I figured I'd leave the hubby home with the kids & just go in for a little while. But, I chickened out. Besides, I had no idea where I had packed away my leather pants anyway. ;)

as for jugs and strokers ... had a very nice time, good crowd. got to hang with palerider - always good conversation. sgt pepper was missed, but called to say he would be at the bb king show. maybe i'll catch you at another show there.
