Last night Me and NickyW53 went to the store. While we are getting an Icee we hear a loud crash. We looked up and a car was driving into the store and pushing all of the shelves with bottles and potato chips right at us as we were stuck in a corner.

The good news, Nicky got a piece of glass in her foot that was taken out by EMT. I have a nasty bruise on my leg.

We were just seconds and inches away from total disaster.

We think we experienced a miracle.

So now we are going to walk the earth like Cain in Kung Fu.

Glad you are ok and when things settle down for you and Nicky, definitely contact an attorney on this....

Glad you and Nicky are o.k. (other than the injuries you got).
Hate to think what worse things could have happened.....
That's certainly getting an Icee the hard way!

Glad ya's made it through it safely. Potential for being a disaster.

As far as an attorney. Unless either of you sustained any permanant damage its probably gonna be hard to get any decent amount of compensation.

Did you at least snatch up a couple bags of potatoe chips out of the ordeal?

Thank you all for the concern. We are ok, just still pretty shaken. The bruise on Carl's leg looks HORRIBLE but atleast we are both ALIVE! I seriously saw my life flash before me---pretty scary! I look forward to seeing everyone at Six Flags Saturday!

Yes, the driver was fine. She had handicap license plates & probably should not have even been driving....

but like someone said - unless your going to miss work or
have operations etc - no cash to be had,

I'm glad you are ok!!!, that is very scary. call a lawyer, trust me!!! what a fool wasting a handicap sticker on crap like that! (anyway can get a hold of it for me? I'd be guaranteed primo parking at every mall!!!) get any free chips out of this?
