Apparently, my car was broken into recently and I had 3 Zebra CD's in there and someone took them. I had a lot of other CD's in there, but they were the only ones that were taken. Can't blame them on their good taste, but it seems odd to me.
This makes me mad and sad! :(

You know what is disturbing, is they took the time to pick and choose what to take.
This person probably KNEW what you had in you car, and this may be someone that you know.
I would be very very careful. You may need to think about who has been in your car lately. Or, just tell Johnny it is OK to admit that he got drunk and ate his copies, and so he took yours.

I AM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But what you gotta know is.. remember the fire I said I started at my mom's house?
well, The Husband and I were in the middle of it tryin to put it out. I suffered mild smoke inhalation, and.... then I was OK. Well, turns out the smoke inhalation triggered allergies, had to get new medicine for the throat, and the New Producer grounded me Fri- today to the Husband and the new house.... so I am typing right now with outdoor paint ALL over me from painting the deck.. in the meantime programmed some drums laid down guitatrs...............
I am recording Timmha, just being forced to take a break to be a Real human for a minute.. you guys will not see nor hear from me for after tonight for about a month. I took advantage of the break to post and see you all. For the Zebra Forum was and will always be my first real foundation!
Love ya'all

Well then, that leaves Johnny out. He's not an ex.....yet ;)
And the only other ex I have that would want any Zebra CD's has them all anyway. Not too mention that fact that he is a law enforcing and law abiding individual.
Thats why I have a detachable face on my cd player of the car I drive regularly. I also always store my cd's in the trunk. That way nothing of value is visible. They look into a car and see several CD binders they might try and break in even though there is an alarm on the car. I don't take the radio face with me. I just put it in the console. Someone wanting to break in will look in the window and realize the stereo is useless without the face thinking I took it with me. What they don't know is I store it right in the console.
Outta site, outta mind.
My other car I won't walk far enough away for anyone to steal anything. Mess with that car and your signing your death warrant!
Hopefully they only took the couple CD's and not damage anything else.
At least they are replaceable.

I lost a window, two cassettes with Zebra 1 & 3.5 and two paycheck stubs across from the Municipal Auditorium in the mid '80s.

Yes, i know I said I had to work, but my throat still sux, so I took a refreshing day and babysat my cousin's 9 month old and 4 year old. Love2, I am serious when i say, I would be careful. The items stolen were deliberate. If it was a random hit, you would be missing all your Cd's and most likely anything else youhad in the vehicle., as the theif would not have wanted to take the time. He/she knew what you had, and where to find it, and had confidence to sit in your car long enough to flip through your holder to grab the Zebra Cd's.
Sad thing is, if they are hard off, Randy would hook them up with a free copy, not to mention all of you.
The person responsible knows you.
Don;t take it for granted. I had two incidents this last year with freakazoids, causing my husband and I to completely re-vamp our saftey rules.
When I was hangin with ya'll. Someone got into my house in Cleveland. They took nothing. Cops said they come in looking for a person, not loot.
Just be careful, babes.

Yeah, I know what you mean... however for a chick, a man can easily get a gun away from you. At the Duran Duran concert I got bored, ended up smoking cigarettes with a Cleveland Cop in the patio area of the arena.
I asked him what a woman should do.
He said having a gun legally does not help if you travel state to state.... and a what if a man gets it away from me? He said to keep a fire ext. in the car. He says they are good to have in your car, anyway.... next to you. someone comes to bust ya up, smack them with it. They normally would not be expecting you to pick it up and use it... (or your car braks down, and you have to walk for help, carry it!)
You can also despense the contents in the attackers face, toss the ext, and run like a MF!
I know how to shoot, well, but I question carrying a fire arm as a chick.
