I saw that U2 was listed to play Bryant Park near Grand Central this Friday 5/20/05. Have you heard about this?
Is this a free concert? (or short show or something?)
Shit I use to work right across the street, sixth Ave between 42nd and 43rd before the company moved to Hoboken.
They always had free concerts there. But if its true I guarntee its gonna be a mob scene.

No, did I miss something??? I wouldn't even attempt to go. I went to the Brooklyn show that was announced on that day, thousands showed up for it. Besides I have an appointment that day :( I seen the band yesterday at Continental arena, they were really good. They released tickets for tonights show, my friends waited , they got good seats near the side of the stage. My next show will have to wait till October, unless I somehow get tickets for Saturday, but thats a long shot unfortunatly.
