I LOVE Steve Vai!

I knew the girl who managed him; not sure if she does anymore. Her brother was in a band called Hair of the Dog (not sure if they are together anymore). Her brother was the guitar player in the band and had to quit the band 'cuz he had some terminal condition that affected his wrist where he couldn't play anymore.

I'm sure it was a great show and an incredible experience. Billy Sheehan is just INCREDIBLE....G-d I LOVED that band that Dave had in 86!

yes, there's pics of me playing EVO, Steve Vai's guitar! If I can ever get the pics from Killian...the EVO experience was a pre-show personal Q&A with Steve in the middle and all of us around him, shooting the breeze. VERY cool.

And they were filming away for a DVD shoot. They also had those of us in the EVO group do something for the DVD, but I don't know if I'm at liberty to disclose that :)

Upcoming show in Town Hall NY on 43rd street between 6th and 7th ave. Pretty nice place. I use to work about 1/2 block from the place. Was pretty cool when decent acts would tour. Go to dinner after work, stop at a Town Hall afterwards, **** a few down, see the show.
