1. d/l SDP 2.0 from http://sdp.ppona.com/
you'll find it in a drop down menu called 'products and info'
2. decompress and run program
3. create a folder on your desktop that you will save the file to
3. click on button that says 'open'
4. copy and paste the line that follows into the url window

mms://66.250.188.10/WBAB_FM

5. hit the 'go' button to start recording - choose your new folder as the
location to save the file

at this point, you will not hear anything -
open the 'monitor' drop down menu to listen to the broadcast
