Avatar Help, Please ?

Wanted to change my avatar. Found something I love. It is 20252 bytes and 130x78 pixels. Tried but says it's too big. Being a computer idiot I could use some help here. I'm hoping Stix or OU812 can help. Chinarain you'll love this one !

The max limit is 75 x 75 pixels. Since your image is 130 X 78, it will have to be shrunk down a bit. E-mail it to me and I will do it for you so you can see if you like it.
