Scott Peterson was found guilty of Murder 1 and 2. 1 on his wife, and 2 on his son. Now the fun really starts. Penalty phase and the multitude of appeals.

In a perfect world, he would be fried FAST....or be somebody's bitch in jail. BUT.....with the changes in jury and the slimeball defense lawyers, this could go on for YEARS. And you know if he don't get death, he'll be "isolated". Face it, the laws don't protect us, just the slime of the earth.

I'm sure it's gonna be dragged out in appeals or attempted to be dragged out. I saw on the news this AM if the case is appealed it will go straight to California Supreme Court.

Laci and Conner spoke out yesterday. Guilty is what Peterson is and always will be. Yea, the appeals, the lawyers,...blah, blah, blah..... Makes me sick. I smell bacon....:)

What REALLY bothers me is the attitude of his lawyer ----- he had "other commitments" that day. Fry his sorry a$$ too.


Lets see.....two jurors changed, a week of deliberation. Peterson had dyed hair and $15K found on him when he got caught. The bodies were found where he was fishing. Soap opera scripts aren't written this well. In the end, the taxpayers are taken to the cleaners(again).

This verdict was a pleasant surprise - I really had a bad feeling he was gonna get off.

The reason he didnt get off is because he couldnt afford OJ's lawyers.
