True story.......... I'm doin' some last minute Christmas shopping and come across "Spinal Tap" on VHS for like 4 bucks....I p/u 3 of thm as last minute gifts for my brother-in-laws. When I get to my bro/sis-in-laws house for Christmas Eve, he's setting up his new DVD Surround sound system. He's tellin' me 'bout ALL the features etc........ so I ask him, "yeah but can it go to 11?"
He looks at me with this bewildered look.....and I explain,
"Bob, ya know when you have it on 10 and you just need that little extra, does it go to 11 man?"...........

Spinal Tap used to play 10,000, 15,000 seat arenas when they were here a few years ago on their last tour. Now they're playing 1,200 seat theatres, 1,500 seat theatres. Do you find that they're becoming less popular than they used to be? "Oh, no. The fans are just becoming more selective".
