As you may or may not have heard, Pierce Brosnan has given up his position as secret agent "James Bond, 007" Here are a list of the current candidates that EON Productions are looking into to be the new James Bond.
Who do you think would make the best James Bond? Ladies, don't judge only by looks, think of who could play the role as a British secret agent the best and make the most of the character.

Hugh Grant
Gerard Butler
Ewan McGregor
Ioan Gruffudd
Colin Firth

He would be a good choice, but he is not in the hunt for the studio. :confused:
I can see YOU as James Bond. But let's talk about Wilmer Valderrama from That 70's Show. I'm ready for him to do some lite porn;)

Actually, out of the candidates that the Bond people are looking into, I probably would like to see H. Jackman as the new Bond. He is a little more seasoned that most of them, and is not a P**sy like some of the others on the list.

Colin Firth or Hugh Jackman...I think either one could do Bond justice. I'm leaning more towards Jackman though. and he is yummy....;)

This is hard one! I love Pierce Bronson in that roll that is for sure! Some of these men listed are a bit young for the role. Hmmm...I gottta think about this...BRB...
I don't think I've ever even seen a Bond movie without Connery or what's his name - the guy after him. What's-His-Name is my fave

The James Bond immediately after Sean Connery was George Lasenby, but he only did one movie. (Her Majesty's Secret Service) Then Connery came back for another movie before Roger Moore took over. He is probably who you are thinking of.
As you can tell, I really like the James Bond series.:p

Personally, I feel this franchise should be dropped because the last few Bond movies have been really bad...

OH! I did forget about GL and I WAS talking about Roger Moore who was my very fave Bond but ... I just think Ewan Macgregor would be so delightful in that role! I forgot I did see the guy before Pierce as Bond. I'm just not crazy about PB. Ewan is kind of quirky and there's just not many who can be as smooth as Roger Moore in my humble opinion.:)
In a matter of 1 week when I was very pre-teen I got to see the Osmonds live for my birthday, then got taken to see David Bowie on the Ziggy Stardust tour followed by Live and Let Die at the movies. All in Memphis, all with my older cousin's b/f who was babysitting me while the rest of my family went to a funeral in Mexico. That was the best Bond movie I had ever seen!

Shame Sean Connery is past "Bond Age"....he could teach these folks a thing or two on how the character is REALLY played.

That is my all-time favorite too. Mostly because alot of it was filmed here in New Orleans and Slidell.
My list of favorite James Bond actors who have already had the role are:
1. Sean Connery
2. Roger Moore
3. Pierce Brosnan
4. George Lazenby
5. Timothy Dalton
