I got this idea from a thread on sharing the groove. So, which musicians have you gotten to meet? I'll put my list together at some point if this thread catches on.

I talked to Steve Madden on the phone, (ok, ok he's not a rockstar, but in the world of shoes he's god-like).....I also met Kim Catrall, (again, not a rockstar, but in the world of fashion and sex.....) I will look for the pic of me and her to post, she's really beautiful. I did meet a rockstar last year in a bar in Manhattan, I dont know his name but he's the singer of that band Biohazzard. I have a pic of that too.

I met Frank Sinatra Jr. a couple years ago. I had my picture taken with him, he is a very nice man and looks and sounds alot like his Father. LOL, not exactly a "rock star" but thought I'd enlighten ya'll with this anyway.

I got to hang out with all of Night Ranger at a bar in the French Quarter before. Talked ALOT with Jeff Watson. I met Suzanna Hoffs from The Bangles. Hmmmm....I'll have to think on this one more.

Shoeluvr, I have a pair of Steve Madden shoes, does that count for anything??!!!????!!!!!;)

Yep...met Julian....and had I known he was heading out to Pat O'Briens after the show....could have partied with he and the band(they had the next day off!). Pete Best poor.....monetarily.....NO WAY. He was hansomely paid for his tracks on Anthology 1. Pete is a real down to earth guy and a joy to talk with. Not too often you meet an original Beatle and get pictures taken.

Hamish and Robby....met them in 2000 at Beatlefest. I have to go digging to find the pictures I took with them. Really nice bunch. Hamish was determined to make the 'Fest....took a red-eye from Scotland to make it on time. I watched the unplugged show(wish I could have been there for the taping).

To add to my list(ever-growing as my memory recalls more people): Eddie Money and Jan Berry. I admire Jan for the courage and determination he displayed. Lesser men would have given up. RIP Jan.

Yeah. I'm just kidding, I'm sure Pete Best is doing quite well. That must have been so cool to meet at original Beatle!
