This is cool... one for the record books noting my physical grace and Agility...

New Secret.. Aprillee is a CLOD!

I have my recordig gear set up next to my bed, out here... on the side... Earl and Sclitzy wired it all up nice and neat....

First masterpiece of a fall.... I am recording, headphones on, doorbell rings... I had already let the person ring twice before puttin the guitar down... I forget phones are still on my big head...
HA...wump... they pull me back down. Pissed I throw them on my bed... crawl over the bed, as my mic stand is in the way to walk around the bed... they wrap around my ankle... and pull me back flat on my face..... (should have seen the look on the puppy's face) I finally get to the door...

Second Grand tumble... Same thing.... instead I get my ankles and feet caught in the guitar cable....Ankles up.. Ass down... hog tied.

Third.... Nighttime, only light in the room is from my Protools screen.... I forget the mic stand is at the corner of the bed... get up to hit the powder room....

Hit it folks.... Round and round doe si doe throw your partner on the flo!

round and round April goes twirling with the damn mic stand... needless to say we both ended up on the floor.

Good thing Bungle is outta town with that camera...

No thank goodness Danny's guitar was on the stand.. part of why I was in such a hurry to get to the door as I placed it on the stand as I have to crawl over the bed... and your guitar was in the case....

OH WAIT brings up another "April has Grace" moment.

I put your case at the end of the bed.... knowing it was there... loooking at it.... I do this... step over it to get to bedroom door... over step... trip forward into door.

And I cannot even say I was drunk!

1. Girls play show in Blizzard, Kathy the bassist car breaks down.... kathy very mad... Girls very very very drunk Christine tries attacking tow truck driver

2. Typhoid Mary girls are intereviewed in their apartment by Wmms DJ and girls talk literally through their butts... get DJ Drunk and stoned and DJ has to stay in our apartment all night!! ha ha

3. April and Kathy drive 100 miles from show soaked head to toe in beer ... how did we get that way?

4. April and Christine are pulled over on Cindy's motorcycle in bear feet and jammies

5. April gets trapped betwwen guitar cabinets and has to extracted feet first by giggling Christine and Cindy... Aprillee very very mad!

6. April and Christine wet tee shirt adventures

7. THE SHOCKING stage antics of Aprillee and kathy ooooooohhh

8. How we met Dokken... good one

9. MOUSE EEEK in the studio... Cindy and April are soooo stupid!

I can't stand it... I have to give you one of them...

April and Chris on motorcycle...

Cindy and Chris's pad were two hours away from me and Kathy.. so i would spend three days at their pad writin and Chrissy would stay three days with me...

I was at their pad... writin and working on our backdrop with Chris. We were drinking... ALOT.

Cindy had to go to work at her mom's resturant directly infront of their pad. it is 9 pm

Cindy had a little Sporty... Chris and I were in concert tees and panties.... ONLY and Chris askes Cindy if we could take the bike out... Cindy, the oldest in the band.... says.. "NO.. you 2 assho's are drunk and you have work to do. If I find out you take the bike I will kick both your asses."

She leaves giggle and took the keys to the bike.

We wait till she is in the resturant... we creep up the the rear of the resturant and see Cindy busily working on the grill... we go back in the house Chris climbs up on the counter and lifts the cookie jar up and gets the extra key to the bike

says" Lets go!"

we run out and jump on the bike.... chris drivin... me riding bitch.. in tee shirts and panties... off we go... Actually Chris had on boots with this fashionable ensemble... and I was barefoot...

We rode along down route 14... find a parking lot and do douhnuts... ride in circles get chased by a dog.... ride away screaming....

all of a sudden there is a bright light shining on us....

A COP CAR

we stop and look innocently at cop in tee shirts, panties, Chris in boots and a mass of long tangles red and blond hair.... like...
we were doing nothing...

the cop has a big grin on his face comes up to us and says

"now ladies.... ther is no helmet law here.... but you are in your underpants and shirts.... the young lady on the back of the bike is showing her underpants off to all the truckers, and it is not a good idea... go on home now"

We rode around in circles for a while....right by the resturant...

Cindy comes out screaming and hollaring running after us, and Chris takes off.... How we got back home, when or why... I do not know... CHristine and I still laugh at that story.

funny I just got off the phone with Chris and we laughed again about the motorcycle thing.... As we speak she has pink dye in here hair... she fronts a punk band now... and I was telling her I was walking around Earls place breakin in a new pair of shoes drinkin a margarita.... ha

I gues we really have not grown up yet!

One thing from way, way back, was at the old Taco Tico "shack" on Veterans Hwy., near Clearview. We'd hang there for hours at times, beating the summer heat. The menu up top had a pic of a "Taco Burger" they sell. We'd put "Sesame Seeds" on the bun with our straws and little wads of paper we were chewing on!:D



At least, 'till we were busted and thrown out! Doh!

your guitar is doing good... as I mentioned the reason I tripped the first time was cuz I put it on your stand... and I had to flip up that little thingy to put it in properly... so I rushed over the bed and got tangled up in my phones....

The guitar tunes so nicely.... I love the built in tuner.


I make sure i wipe the strings after playing.... and ... Danny... Earl watched me for 2 hours straight sitting in his living room playing my new tune over and over and over..... hee hee

The new one was actulayy written here right in weesiana on your guitar..
