KISS: VH1 Special To Air In June - May 11, 2004

According to KissKollector.com, VH1 is working on a new KISS special, "When Kiss Ruled The World". The one-hour show will air in June, to coincide with the kick-off of KISS' U.S. summer tour with POISON. Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, plus original KISS roadie Peter "Moose" Oreckinto ('73-76), as well as KISS Kollector correspondent Jacques van Gool, have already been interviewed, while people such as former KISS drummer Peter Criss (who had to cancel the first time due to a funeral), former KISS manager Bill Aucoin and producer Eddie Kramer will be interviewed later on. VH1 is also trying to set up an interview with former KISS guitarist Ace Frehley.

If Ace participates after everything Gene has said about him lately, it will be a miracle.

I will watch this...if you know the airdates for this, post them as soon as you know. "when metal ruled the world" was a good special so I am sure the Kiss one will be good too.

i have a renewed interest in kiss. i just borrowed the kiss symphony dvd and i like the acoustic stuff that i haven't heard before. Peter chris looked like he was having the time of his life. Paul Stanley, man, that guy does not age.
