Does any one know info on the sign's new cd?

One of the last times I heard from Mark Mangold, it seemed that the next Sign CD was not going to happen. I have not heard from Terry Brock in quite a while. I had been told that Teddy Cook was going to play bass and Jonathan Mover on drums.
