No official word yet who opens, but I would say Yes will go on first and Dream Theater will headline...but then again, I have no official word on this. usually, DT splits the tour in 1/2, they open in 1/2 the US and close in the other 1/2...

I will probably go to this, though I doubt I will get tickets this weekend, this show wont sell out....

I'm waiting to see what other cities will be visited during August and September. New Orleans is due a show, as we were passed on for the first leg of the DT tour. But if NOLA gets passed yet again, I'll take L.A., Denver, Orlando, Seattle or Houston... maybe even Atlanta.

I am sure if you dont get tickets early, you can probably get tickets in the back 1/2 of the mezzanaine (not the very top, the section below it, the main grandstand, but in the back 1/2 of it) the day of the show. I cant see this show selling out, if it does, I will be shocked. I cant wait to see Rick Wakemen, I saw Yes twice in concert...1988 and 2000...and unfortunately, Rick was not in the band...

I got tix already for this unfortunately I have no extras...I am sure someone from this board could hook you up though. Saw DT at the MSG Theater last month and they were awesome, they played the whole new record...They may do a few this summer but they should throw in some oldies as well. I say they play 80-90 minutes and open the show. yes will probably close...

I HOPE THAT AT THE END OF THE SHOW, DT AND YES JAM TOGETHER AT THE END! Just like the last 2 summer DT tours with Joe Satriani and Queensryche.

I GUARANDAMNTEE you that you will be a MUCH bigger Dream Theater fan after you see them live...go see them for 90 MINS at Jones Beach...and THEN...next tour they do and they play by themselves, go see them play for 3 HRS with a 15 minute intermission in between their 2 sets...you will be blown away!!!
