Take the Chalmette Exit off I-10
Go to the 4th red light...Judge Perez Hwy. Turn Right
Go about a mile the Fest is on the right in the parking lot of the Cultural Center.
Yes we do have Culcha in Chalmette.

Maybe they can look at that directional map on my photo site? It has directions for when Zebra played the Cultural(Civic) Center back in '83.

Back in 83 you either had to go through the 9th ward or Paris Road which was 2 lanes and always flooded.
Now Paris Road is I-510 and rocking.
