Vince Neil in the early days of Crue was GREAT, then the mid 90's came and now he is nothing special. John Corabi sang GREAT on the 94 Crue album and his singing was good on the 2 Union CD's he did with Bruce Kulick. I heard some of his old band The Scream and his stuff sounded good with them as well. My vote is for the Crabby one!

Alright, everyone sing along......

There is no Crue without Vince......
There is no Crue without Vince......
There is no Crue without Vince......
There is no Crue without Vince......
There is no Crue without Vince......

BUT....the "Crabby one" is still a good singer......

I disagree, the 1994 Crue album with Corabi is AWESOME. There is a Crue without Vince...he used to be good, but since the mid 90's, he has ****ed ass...just my 2 cents though...

I'm with you Jim. Especially after I found that CD! I'm wondering why he isn't singing lead vocals for RATT!! No offense to Jizzy!

Didn't say it was "bad".
It's just not "Motley Crue".
Call it something else, like "Motley Corabi"......:D

You think so Nomad? Motely Corabi? Wow....that's pretty harsh, man... :D

I think this cd is very underated in my book, I think Tommy's playing on this CD was GREAT, just as good as he was on Dr Feelgood, I thought Mick's guitar sounded heavy, clean, and crisp. Nikki's bass playing on the album sounded good, he was always good. I thought John did a good job filling in for Vince...I have some videos from that 94 tour and John sang the Crue classics as good as he could have...

As far as John singing for Ratt, he would be good, but I think Jizzy is better...then again, I dont know how John is singing without playing the guitar since anytime he sang, he played guitar as well.

Trust me after seeing Ratt a few months ago and John sang a song and Jizzy singing the rest - then hearing the Crue CD - Corabi's voice is much better suited.

And DN, I understand what you are saying. I mean we can say the same for JP when Ripper was singing, Ratt now has Jizzy. It's never the same when a band gets a new singer - but hey it's the next best thing!

it is a known fact they had diffrent singers in the studio to sing on a lot of the crue songs vince could not cut it in the high range songs or stay in key he also lip sinks to tapes on some songs live beacause he is a week singer and to drunk to sing them.

Gotta stick with the original one here.......althogh Corabi had a decent showing on the one album he sang on.

I gotta say that Corabi is a much better singer, but Crue is Vince so I'm going with him. Kickstart my heart....
