Cubs just beat the Braves.....onwards to Florida for the Marlins....best of 7. Then to the World Series

Not so fast there Macca...the Marlins are playing the best baseball in the Major's right now. They wont be as easy as the "best in the regular season, best chokers in the post season" Braves. I hope the Cubs can do it though!!!

I have it on videotape to pop in every so often and remeber the way it used to be. With Harry there and his never-ending support.

The key to the Marlins making the World Series is if the Cubs pitching falls apart. The Marlins hitting has been shaky all year and if the Cubs pitch around Pudge, someone has to step up. If not, the Cubs will win that series, no problem. The Cubs have the bats and the starting pitching to be a pain in the ass. However, the Cubs bullpen has been shaky this year...Joe Borowski, the closer, always seems to get himself in jams every few innings and that cant happen with the speed that the Marlins have on the basepaths. I am gonna predict the Cubs in 5 games because I have a feeling that Mark Prior, Kerry Wood, and Carlos Zambrano are gonna be LIGHTS OUT this series. But, no matter who wins the series, once they play the Yankees in the World Series, they are gonna have to beat the best team in baseball to win the championship...and that is gonna be a tough task.
