Slow posting?

What's up with the slow posting?

Everytime I post a reply, it takes like 30 seconds - 1 minute to do it...and I have DSL!?!?!

Others have had this problem, too. That is why there are multiple posts for some. It's taking so long to post that we think it didnt' go through, so we "post" again....and again.....and again..

I hope this is temporary.

I'm going to stop now and go bang my head against the wall.

I think if Delirious Nomad were to fix his first post, it may actually fix this problem. Edit your post and take out the (.) period's. This happened before and it was fixed by correcting the page file.

Of course the only reason I posted it is because I was already having the problem.

How do I edit a previous post?

Go to the post, and there is a block called edit, next to quote. Click edit and erase it. If you notice, the screen is out of place. This caused a problem awhile back, if I remember. Perhaps there might be some net congestion that caused it to be slow in the first place, but this may help it some. It did awhile back. Can't hurt to try.

I keep getting can't find page and have to refresh. Also when you click on a link button sometimes you get an old page that needs to be refreshed too. This ****s the big one!!!!:mad: So how's the new site coming along?
