Anyone else going to see Ringo tomorrow night? He's playing at the Gulfport Grand Casino in Mississippi. Macca and I will be there. I've only had the pleasure of seeing one Beatle in concert so far - that being McCartney a couple of times. Can't wait to add Ringo to the list........

He's got a great lineup of musicians. Colin Ray (sp?) from Men At Work is in his band also.

You will have a great time, i'm a little jealous :) I was able to see George Harrison perform like ten years ago at the Bob Dylan tribute here in NY. I haven't yet seen Ringo and his all star band. Have FUN!!

My first time seeing Ringo......and probably the last. This is the closest he's come since 1964. Well.....I've seen Pete Best, Macca, and now Ringo. Wish I could have seen John and George.......

I saw Ringo a couple weeks ago in Darien Lake!!! It was wonderful!!! My friend and I got second row center seats!!! We were screaming so loud and crying so hard and he noticed us a lot! :D During "You're 16, You're Beautiful, and You're Mine" I threw a rose to him like a did at the concert I went to in 2001 and he picked it up and sang with it and pointed to me with it calling me beautiful!!!! :D :D My friend and I cried so hard!! You will have a great time at the concert! He puts on a great show!!

At the concert I went to they didn't really mind, but if you were up there for a while the security guards would tell you to go back. Ringo was cool about it though, he was posing for people! :)

I shot lots of pictures last night! Our seats were good, but I went right up to the stage for the last 5 songs.......for some close up pics.

RINGO ROCKED!!!!

His all-star band consisted of:

Sheila E {percussion}
Paul Carrack (Ace/Squeeze/Mike & the Mechanics)
Colin Hay (Men at Work)
John Waite (The Babys)
Mark Rivera {saxophone}

Attention -
Alice Cooper Fans

Alice is playing at the Gulfport Grand Casino on September 26th.
Saw the signs for it last night at Ringo and walked over to the box office and got our tickets. I love old Alice...

Ringo put on a great show last night, better than I expected he would. Very animated and plays to the crowd well. Just wished his drum kit would have been miked a bit louder. Outside of his hi-hats and snare, only time we really heard him was doing "fills". If anybody wants the setlist, I'll post it. Let me know......
