Ok, what's your fantasy picks for Super Bowl this year, let's be honest ok.
Eagles & Steelers
Eagles win.

Ok the bet, ask Randy, Guy, & Felix to autograph the new album for the winner. Now that would be cool. A gold CD with their autographs, on a plaque, on the wall.....I've got the perfect wall space for it.:D

I was lucky enough to make it to the dome for the game yesterday, the Saints looked really good! That defense is jammin' and Brooks, Horn and Duece are on their game. Unfortunately I did not make it over to the HOB for the Zebra show, maybe the oyster fest. Hey Diamonds, glad you remember the Snake! Don't forget he finished his quarterbacking career with the Saints! Now he and Eli Gold do radio play by play for Crimson Tide football, and he still lives down here at the beach in Alabama where he grew up.
Going all the way back to the Bart Starr days. The score was 35-20 not 35-10. But you knew that was coming. I diden't even take my own team in the work pool! GB can't play on Turf! I think all teams should have to play in the elements of the weather! This is no ***** sport! Play outside on Grass like the game should be played! Football should stop catering to warm weather wussys! Try sitting in the mezzanine like I did at a jets game a few years back. 10 degrees, snowing and blustery. A hot thermos of coffee and bottle of whiskey! All you Seattle, New Orleans, San Diego, Detroit, Minnesota dome people. Lets see the SAINTS do that to Green Bay at a frozen Lambeau field! I doubt it!
You go and watch GB have a problem with Detroit new week. Another friggin dome game. Against a Jim Mcmahon to boot. I'm Rutgers Alumni and a Scarlet Knights fan but I must admit. Rutgers football program ****S! Hopefully Greg Schiano can turn that program around in a couple of years. And Mike Mcmahon for Detroit never went better then 3W-8L with Rutgers. Watch em give GB a hard time next week.

We are just foolin everyone by loosing out first two Games.

Well it won't be the Jets.. AGAIN :-(
What's with the "Can't Stop" Defense?? Can't stop the run, can't stop the pass?? Same old defense.. Same old offense.. Stuff Curtis and it all comes to a hault... Lucky we're not 0-2.. With Miami in Miami next week it could be a long year for the Green and White :-(
Chris Collensworth pick the Jets in the Super Bowl so we can still hope!

Yeah right Eddie. Lets see AAron Carter or whoever the heck your quarterback is throw a pass like Brett Favre does when he can't feel his fingers! DOMES are for sissys! DAMN! I play football every Sunday with a bunch of friends. About two years back we played in a Blizzard at 8AM in the morning! These 300lb steroid boys can't even handle it when its below 40 degrees. Just look at Tampa Bays record in cold weather! Football is a tough sport. Guys should learn to rough it out. Your getting paid good bucks. If you can't handle it get off the field!!!! Us Fans in the Giants and Jets area rough it out right Gregg!

Problem with The Packers, is no one to receive. Ahman Green is banged up. Miami can celebrate having Ricky, he's only as good as the team you are facing. Miami beat Baltimore, hell even Carolina beat Baltimore, and they were 1-15 last year. When Ricky runs for 150 yards against a team like the Pats or Titans, then call me. Because he sure didn't do it here in New Orleans. He's good for a burst of 15-20 yards, don't count on anything longer. Once he becomes, and that is the key word, becomes a north and south runner, he might actually be worth something oneday. He's a punishing back when he wants to be, but plays too soft and tries to go outside to outrun the linebackers. He wastes all his energy to get to the sidelines, instead of hitting the holes. Guarantee, Duece will have more yards this season then Ricky. Maybe not as much TD's, because of our talented WR's, but more rushing yards. Any bets?

They are right, they are a very talented team. You see who ranks in top of the NFC, huh? The Saints, then the Eagles. We'll cream Chicago this weekend, and we'll be neck and neck with Pats. The Saints have one of the toughest schedules to start off the season. We've been contenders the last few years. Now is the time we become part of the elite groups of the past. Duece will have a 150 yard day. Brooks will throw 2 td's, and our defense will chalk one up too. The clock will not be in Chicago's favor this week.

6 teams are 3-0 (Patriots, Dolphins, Chargers, Broncos, Panthers, Saints). Out of the AFC side, I see only 1 legit team worthy enough to win their next 3 games, and that is the Patriots. On the NFC side, the Saints are the team to beat. The Panthers played 3 of the worst teams this year, with a combined win record of 0-9. The Saints are on a roll. Each win has been hard work, but it shows the league, we are contenders once again. Only the Eagles scare me, but hoping we have home field advantage and our team is healthy by then.

In a sense, I want the Rams to win, but I want the Rams to collapse. Just because the Bucs are in our division, I still don't think they can match up to us offensively. The Rams need to go 0-3, so all the would be experts out there begin leaping off the Rams bandwagon. We beat those bastards 4 out of 6 last meetings, and 1 being the playoffs game. I'm on 2 different fantasy leagues. the free leaque, I have Kurt as my starter tonight. The league I pay for, my opposition has Kurt, so I'm stuck in between. Houston has the automatic vote, due to a new team and all. I see teams like Cincy, Ravens, Seahawks, to have a subpar season. I also see teams like Rams, Skins, Giants, 49ers, looking at a break even season. While Dolphins, Patriots, (dare I say this) Saints, Eagles, will be the teams making it into the playoffs with at least one of these teams going to the big game. These frickin "Experts" out there predicted the Rams this year. "Hey sports experts, they've lost 8 in a row, including the Super Bowl. And if your such an expert, how come you still work for the same outfit, year after year." That always gets me, like these mind readers. If all that is true, why are you running tv ads every night. You should be rich right now, and wouldn't need my money, now would you. I'll make a prediction chart soon.

I don't think that the Panthers are that great. They played 2 poor teams, then the Vikes, who are heaving problems too. Their real test will be this weekend @Green Bay. They beat the Pack, and they might be a worthy team for playoffs. The Eagles look extremely tough, and seem to be the favorite to start the season. One problem, sure hope McNabb doesn't go out with injury. Who's the backup? McNabb is very dangerous, but he is very brave in some of his heroics. Look at Steve Young, Troy Aikman, just to name a few. They were a weapon themselves, but found retirement too early because of it. Next one I see is Warner. He takes any more of an ass whipping, he looks like a good candidate for retirement. The Rams will begin to fall apart, the offensive line begins missing more and more blocks. You got to think, the same holes they help create for Faulk, are also for the defense too. I wish that Dallas could beat them this week coming. At home, the Rams fans would be booing them for their terrible performance. To lose to Dallas, would be the final straw. The Dolphins are getting it done with Ricky. They have the clock on their side. When he goes out with injury (and he will), look for the weight to end on Feidler, who isn't a great QB, but brings leadership. No star WR could be the prob. They are throwing to McMicheal (TE), more often. Miami will prob be the spoiler of the AFC, and knock out a potential hopeful team, like Pats or Broncos. I think the Saints will be the spoiler on the NFC side. People aren't too sure on what to expect of them, so it could be the surprise of the year. The Saints......Superbowl.............we'll.......take away their history, any one of the 32 NFL teams are potential Superbowl teams. The winner is the one that can win tough games when they need to.

Or better yet, why don't they throw some helmets on those cheerleaders and have them play. Some look pretty butch, they might actually win a few games. In a couple of years, some conspiracy will come out between the league and Jones. They'll find out that they didn't want Emmitt to break Paytons records, so Jones agreed to create such a mess, that Emmitt won't get the yards this year, and know that he will look to retire after a dismal season. Just like Barry Sanders, they'll pay them off, so they won't change Paytons records so soon.

Dallas will never be a winning team behind Jones. Same for Washington. If you ask my opinion, the league should do what Green Bay had done. No owners, the state owns the team. Then you can't be threatened by these big shots that they will pull the team elswhere (Colts, Oilers, Raiders, Rams). I know that each market is different but hey, the team will survive. So what if they don't get their 75 million dollar contracts, let them try and go somewhere else. Then all teams would be equal. I'm sure New Orleans Owner Mr. Tom Benson will be raising ticket prices next year for sure. As Mr. Benson states "it's a Bizzness", and he is right. Football is no longer a sport, it's a business opportunity. But don't try to sell something that isn't worth selling. Then it is garbage.

Short time later...Jimmy was fired and replaced by Barry Switzer.

Hey New Orleans Saints fans. What do you think about your former QB, Jeff Blake?
He is one of my favorite QB's ever.
Comes from the old "Blake to Carl Pickens" Bengals days.
Blake could throw the perfect Ball and Pickens could catch anything.

Studio, I think those years go to Mr. Landry. Dallas was cool in the 80's. Right at the time 49ers became known for their west coast offense. Johnson was so so. He couldn't make too much happen in Miami. It takes a great GM to make a team. It takes a great coach to inspire them. Jim Finks passes away, and the Saints bottom up. Mora couldn't judge talent and thus his departure. Mora was a defensive coach, look at Colts about 2 years ago. Offense sputters, pink slip.

That's ok, if your playing the Saints this year, we will give you a win. (Same for Detriot). We did it for Cleveland a few years ago as a hell mary on the last play to give them a first win. We seem to have heart for zero win teams (like we never been there before). Hell, we evented the main reason for paper bags. I remember one year, som guy came with about 200 bags and went and decorated an entire area, and the camera panned the area and the crowd went nuts. I think even some of the football players even saw it and laughed. Those were the days. Now we can send our bags to St Louis. Finally, the age of the dinosaur is vastly approaching. Next to the Eagles, we should be the next top 3 teams in the NFC this year. No reason we cant take the division. Tampa is still unstable. Carolina is still uncertain, and Atlanta seems to be the suprise team this year. I think they will finish 2nd behind us, then Tampa, then Carolina. Any given Sunday (or Monday for that matter, phew, Baltimore kicking the snott out of Denver).

for YEARS! He is getting off easy because of certain reasons...and i think you all know what those reasons are.
So...Folks...
NY Giants at Dallas Cowboys.
Who do YOU pick?

Let' see, Giants and Cowboys, I sense the first tie game this year. Collins or Mr. Bourbon street as we prefer to call him, is as hot and cold as they come. The Giants are struggling with the run. The Cowboys beat the Rams, they are not heading for the the big game because of that. I would say Giants by 2 1/2. I think Nasa should donote a rocket, where we can put Moss, Keyshawn, and Owens, and send them to outer space. With their big ego's, I'm sure one would say he was in charge and crash it into some terristial planet somewhere, and try to impress them with their mouths, because they surely aren't doing it on the field. The NFL brings their lawyers to such episodes and it creates such a hoopla that they create a small slap on the wrist and back into the grove. Look at Nate Newton of Dallas, caught not once, but twice, smuggling drugs. Whatever happened to him?

And unfortunately Emmitt needs only a couple hundred yards for "THE RECORD". He may run rampant

Saints win against Steelers, and now TJ ranks us 3rd behind Oakland and Miami. Once Green bay beats Chicago tonight, they'll move us down to number 4 and put the Packers at 3. TJ just doesn't believe in the Saints this year. Because of last year, we feel apart with locker room problems, that those folks are gone. This is the new Saints, we finally know how to play football, and the fans are starting to love it. We sold out the dome 16 weeks straight now. If the fans believe this is the year, than these so called "Experts" will finally see it a few weeks from now. Time to load up the Saints bandwagon.

OU812, no I didn't make it to the game. It was my 12th anniversary, and the better half is not really into football. I did watch it at home, but didn't see your son running on the field. I'm glad you and him had a good time. I'll be calling you sometime later in the week to see if I can stop in and grab a copy of the audio for the radio station.
