I just want to wish every mommy a very Happy Mother's Day this coming Sunday! As the mother of 3 children I know what a challenge it is and having always been a working mom just throws some added pressure into an already tough job.

It's really the hardest job I've ever had, but I couldn't imagine my life without my son and two daughters.

And for all those dads out there who have their children full time and I know of 2 here on the message board, but I'm sure there are many more, I applaud you for all that you have to do for your kids. You truly are to be commended.

happy mothers day to you too. im sad, my daughter in going to school in Florida, shes lived there now about a year. Its gonna b the first mothers day im without her in 20 years!

I know how you feel Lynn. This will be my first Mother's Day without my son. And when the major holidays roll around at the end of the year it will be the first of those without him too. He'll be in Iraq. I am NOT looking forward to it.

My mom passed at the age of 38,it will be 26 years ago on August 14th, Happy Mothers day to all of you,as for me I will make a trip to the cemetery with my Dad and one of my brothers.

I'm sorry to hear that Earl, my mom was 66 and I thought that was too young. I miss her everyday! I stopped going to the cemetary years ago though, I found I became more depressed every time I went. I have pictures of mom around my house and would rather remember her the way she was when she was alive.

Happy Mother's Day! We are spending the day at my parents home with my brothers & their kids.......some old cajun barbequing...swimming...games.... and a day filled with lots of love! Have a good one everyone! :heart:
