OK, Now that the fourth is quickly approaching I raise the same question. Us in NJ can cross the Delaware river into PA and buy fireworks legally, however if we get pulled over in NJ on the way home we can get busted because fireworks are illegal in NJ to possess or light off. However, if your a PA resident its not illegal to have fireworks in possession or to ignite, but its illegal to buy them in your own state unless you have a non-PA license.

Is there some DUH! in the law?

i dont know..but did u know in Atlanta Ga its illegal to eat chicken on a bone with knife and fork...(go veg...)
