Ok, this goes out to those in New Orleans that may or may not be going to Jazzfest this weekend.
Last weekend, my son's school fair got rained out (Visitation of Our Lady Cajunfest). We've spent thousands of dollars on food and beer and we need help. We are going to retry and have the fair this coming week. If you are on the Westbank, and you have some spare time, please stop by. We don't have a lot of good acts, but decent ones playing on both nights. On Saturday, we have Abdul & The Tentmakers and later we have the Bucktown Allstars. On Sunday we have Five Finger Discount and the Molly Ringwalds. Luckily these bands wanted to come back and perform, even though their contracts were for last week.
So if you can, please stop by for some great food and ice cold beer. I'll be running one of the game booths so come stop by and say hello.
