Has anybody been to Hawaiian Tropic Zone in NYC at 49th & 7th?

If so, what's it like? Is it a ripoff? Can you have a good time at the bar without eating anything? Is it expensive?

Any feedback is appreciated.

I think you can plan on everything being expensive in NYC. I've never heard of it, but that doesn't mean anything.

I've never been there, but they show no prices on their menu, that's a pretty safe bet that you will be paying $20.00 for a side salad and $12.00 for a mixed drink. I like "Jeckyl and Hydes" or "Mars 2112" myself.
