Mark Hitt [not Mark Hatt as the posters read]-never ceases to amaze me - he improvises and it somehow can improve on some of Pages leads!!! The new signer was great too harmonica on Bring it on Home -unbelievable. Felix on bass and the Budgie on drums were tight as hell. An unforgettable show - that was Danny Miranda listening and Clinton was there too I . When I asked George why not get up and jam with Mark - he simply said he's the teacher and I'm the student - pretty humble I thought - seeing as how George is great in his own right and has played with numerous great musicians. Although I couldn't believe the crowd was so sparse - [considering so many Zebra fans love Led Zep too], EVERYONE there was totally enjoying the show. I only wish I had videotaped it. Photos from it will be posted on the Yahoo Zebraband site in a few days . I will be away for the Zebra show/ Midnite Angel and also Randy at the Radio Grill - BUMMED OUT Have a great time everyone -

Hey Z-Shots - Where is George Cintron from? His name sounds very familiar. StiX and I will miss you at The Downtown show, but fear not - StiX will do his best to be the best surrogate photographer! Have fun in Curacao and BE CAREFUL!

George Cintron is from Long Island. He was in a band in the late 70's called Tattoo. Then They changed the name in the early 80's to Cintron. After that he was the guitarist for Enrique Iglesias,in fact George told me he did 2 world tours with Iglesias. He also used to play every Sunday night at the Village Pub in Port Jefferson with Danny Miranda and Bob Rondinelli (of Blue Oyster Cult) they called themselves Pyramid. George has also played for the Trans Siberian Orchestra. Ithink right now he is in a band called Big Shot. He is also in Wedding Band but I cant remember their name. George is a great guitarist and vocalist, if you ever get a chance you should go see him, I think you would be amazed!

I thought I remembered a band in the 80's called Cintron. I don't think I ever saw them even though I lived at L'Amour in Brooklyn. Or it could be that I just don't remember considering the condition I was always in while at L'Amour!

Correction Cintron!!!! I can't believe I typed Clinton not CINTRON- that will teach me to post at 1am - to tired to think!!! I don't remember the name of the band but George was playing at Cheers in the early to mid 70's I think- and was great even back then.

Big Shot is the "billy joel tribute" band that Chilly Willy plays in and Mike DelJudice on keyboards and vocals -it may be another name -I know he's not it that band anyway.
