In Minnesota
I saw this on AOL. I am SO glad I live in New York. Not only can I sleep in the nude, I can almost go to work the same way!!!

On a serious note, I want to know who would report one for sleeping naked. Unless you let your neighbor in at 3 AM to borrow a cup of sugar and you didn't throw on a robe.
Other than that it would have to be a spouse or significant other that would report it. Of course this would make sense if they couldn't stand to see you naked and that was their only recourse.

Of coarse, if you are answering the door naked you are not sleeping, so that should be ok! Now, if you are sleeping naked in the park, I could see their point.
