Wow - Z-Chik what branch of service is your sister in? Is she shitting bricks? A guy I work with - his son is a top guy in the airforce and flies when one of new planes - he's been shooting at stuff in the no fly zone for a few days. Scary shit!

Michelle is about 4' 11" & weighs maybe 110 lbs. The funny thing is- she can probably kick the crap out of all of us, at the same time! Zchick- my thoughts are with her & Iam proud to be even an acquaintance of hers. I feel a million times safer knowing it's good people like her who are defending us. :)

yeah she is a tough cookie alright even though she's a miget

i do feel safer that she is defending us, since when we were younger we used to put each other though the bedroom walls and the hall way walls too,with our little cat fights

Christine- thanks again, but I still didn't get it. I think the file is too big so it wouldn't matter about having another e-mail addy - which I do have. I wonder if we get Mr. B or someone to post the picture for ya somewhere?

well just go to the link and click on yahoo! news home page
then on search go to new photos and search for put in afghanistan and the picture would be 58 if they were numbered
or go to 41-60 and the picture is the 3rd from the bottom

I heard an injured U.S. Army Sgt. named Villifane from L.I. on CNN this morning say this in a press conference:

"After this we decided getting shot at isn't so bad. It's getting shot that ****s!"

The dude took shrapnel in his left hand and forearm from a rocket-powered grenade fired at his Humvee by Iraqi "soldiers" (more like cowards) with civilian robes over their uniforms, then managed to single-handedly (no pun intended) capture 4 POWs AND carry his machine gunner (foot nearly blown off) to safety.

I'm sure there are loads more stories over there equally heroic that'll never make it to CNN and thousands more troops who would do what he did if they had the chance. They're ALL heroes but this guy really drove it home. I hope they play that clip on all the news shows.
