The best weather in the states by far is in San Diego Ca. !! Unfortunately the cost of living there is very expensive.

I agree that San Diego has the best weather - but you won't have snow on Christmas! Also, the month of June in San Diego is overcast most of the time. They call it the June gloom.

For the cost of living/weather combo, Houston is a win/win. And we actually had snow a few years ago on Christmas Day! Strangely the only time it snowed here in the last 8 years.
