I remember all my life
Raining down as cold as ice
A shadow of a man
A face through a window
Crying in the night
The night goes into

Morning, just another day
Happy people pass my way
Looking in their eyes
I see a memory
I never realized
you made me so happy, oh Greggy

Well you came and you gave without taking
but I sent you away, oh Greggy
well you kissed me and stopped me from shaking
I need you today, oh Greggy

I'm standing on the edge of time
I Walked away when love was mine
Caught up in a world of uphill climbing
The tears are in my mind
And nothing is rhyming, oh Greggy

Well you came and you gave without taking
but I sent you away, oh Greggy
well you kissed me and stopped me from shaking
And I need you today, oh Greggy

Yesterday's a dream I face the morning
Crying on the breeze
the pain is calling, oh Greggy

Well you came and you gave without taking
but I sent you away, oh Mandy
well you kissed me and stopped me from shaking
And I need you today, oh Greggy

This reminds me of the song by the Red Elvises "I'm a Closet Disco Dancer" except Gregg was a closet Barry Manilow fan. That's ok, once you've come out of the closet you can start your life over again. :curlers:

Oh, and I saw an interview with Alice Cooper where he said he loved the Bee Gees, ok that is not as bad as Manilow, but ....

The other day at work I listened to John Denver, Jim Croce, then Megadeth, then Brahms.
Hows that for diverse?

I love Jim Croce - "You don't pull on Superman's cape, you don't spit in the wind, you don't pull the mask off the old Lone Ranger and you mess around with Jim"

But still, Barry Manilow?
