Waiting in line early this morning, I got my wrist band at around 9 am. There were news reporters covering us - you may have seen all of us on News12 this morning on Long Island.
Festivities begin at 8pm with a magic show as Barnes & Noble and all sorts of stations are set up in side to give the kids things to do.
I met a really nice lady this morning who was there with her 3 daughters who were doing the sibling thing so I started chatting and help keep them occupied do no blood was spilled:)
Anyway - HAPPY HARRY POTTER DAY!!!!!
This is it. Last one. Final climax. Last Harry Potter party. If you are able to get to NUC, be in Union Square this evening. Jim Dale, who does all of the audio tapes/CDs of the books will once again be reading chapter to the crowd before midnight.
PS... Does anyone else have the copy that has been floating about? I have it but have not read it.
