Frapper map please help

I just put myself onto Frapper, finally but it has me living near Philly, which I dont, LOL....how can I "move the pin" like they are saying, into NJ...
You NY'ers know what NJ is...open your window.....that stink, that garbagy smell, that boring Springsteen music, that is Jersey!!! LOL
