i don't know if this is my best choice, but i'm having trouble thinking of skanky celebs. Here's the first one that came to mind > lil kim. It may be because i saw diana ross bounce her boob at an awards show, and i think she's been to prison?

on some talk show, i heard about this woman who met a men in a prison chat room. Prisoners get to chat now!
