Any good bars in Union Square 14th st NYC?

ARE THERE ANY GOOD DRINKING HOLES AROUND IRVING PLAZA AND THE UNION SQUARE 14TH ST AREA THAT ANYBODY KNOWS OF?

Going to Irving Plaza on Monday and it's been a while. Someone mentioned Pete's Tavern. Any comments?

I used to drink at Pete's Tavern - 18th and Irving.
Other decent ones are 119 Bar (15th between Irving Place and Union Square) kind of a dive but cheap beer.
Revival - 15th and Irving on 15th.
Paddy McGuire's - your standard neighborhood Irish Pub - on 3rd Avenue between 19th and 20th.

If you can't decide, best bet would be to walk over to 3rd Avenue (a long block East of Irving Place) and there must be about 10 bars between 15th and 23rd Streets.

If you go into the city you gotta check out Mars 2112 or Jeckyl & Hydes - they're restaurants w/ bars in them
